Order Processing & Production

Because many of our products are custom-made, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, design review, production, and fulfillment before your order ships.

Production times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or when additional design approvals are required.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment include:

Free Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days

Economy Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Realty Print Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, peak shipping seasons, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
